The Job:
As a Trainee SHEQ Manager, candidates will work closely with an experienced Head of SHEQ to develop, implement, and maintain SHEQ management systems across the organization. With a focus on construction-related activities, successful candidates will gain hands-on experience in various aspects of SHEQ management. What you’ll need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Health & Safety or related field.
- Strong understanding of Health & Safety regulations and best practices.
- Two years’ experience in Construction Safety
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team as well as independently.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
- Attention to detail and commitment to ensuring compliance and safety standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
