The Company:
They deliver turnkey solutions and expertise in installing ICT Infrastructure and white space Fit Out to Data Centre Construction Projects and high spec ICT deployments throughout Europe.
The Role:
- Your main objective of Co-ordinate the sustainability agenda and facilitate activities to meet the action plan
- Carry out planned audits at all company premises and places of work.
- Attend project sustainability meetings as agreed with the client and/or managing contractor
- Support the bid team on PQQ and tender responses
- Liaise with project staff about project sustainability requirements
- Engage with their supply chain to support sustainable development
- Prepare the company for and seek 3rd party environmental / sustainability Certification
- Build relationships with the project teams and client teams
For this Sustainability Manager’s job, you must have the following:
- Bachelor’s degree in sustainability, environmental science, environmental studies, natural resources or similar field
- Previous experience delivering sustainability requirements within a similar business
- Knowledge of environmental laws and policies
- Good computer skills and knowledge of Google Workspace and Microsoft Office 365 platforms
- Good command of both spoken and written English
What’s on offer?
The salary on offer is £65,000 along with a pension, holidays & expenses.
Travel to their sites for audits and inspections will be required from time to time
You will also have flights and accommodation paid and receive a significant night-out allowance as their sites are based across Europe.
