Role Overview:
As the Supplier Quality Manager, you will play a central role in ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality materials, components, and products from their suppliers. This strategic position calls for a collaborative mindset as you work alongside Procurement, Operations, and the Supply Chain, fostering a culture of quality excellence within our expansive supply chain.
What you’ll need:
- Proven expertise in Supplier Development and Supplier Performance Management.
- Understanding of machinery manufacturing processes including welding, machining, assembly, controls, and electronics is advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build productive relationships and navigate challenges for optimal outcomes.
- Demonstrated leadership experience and the ability to effectively manage and inspire a team of Supplier Quality Engineers.
- In-depth knowledge of quality management systems, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
- Exceptional communication skills and a natural inclination toward collaboration.
