Recognising the paramount importance of ensuring the safety and well-being of its team members, the company is seeking a Health and Safety manager who can develop and implement comprehensive health and safety programs, conduct regular site inspections, and ensure strict compliance with industry standards and regulations.

The job
- Lead SHEQ management programs for optimal project performance.
- Develop and implement HSE strategy and action plans.
- Guide project teams, ensuring compliance with SHEQ objectives.
- Manage ISO standards implementation.
- Liaise with regulatory bodies and manage incident responses.
- Conduct risk assessments and audits, driving continuous improvement.
What you’ll need
- Relevant third-level qualification or a recognised qualification in health and safety such as Diploma/NVQ 5/ in occupational health and safety.
- NEBOSH General Certificate or NEBOSH Construction.
- 3+ years SHEQ management in construction.
- Expertise in complex systems audits.
