The job
As the SHEQ Manager, you will be pivotal in driving strategy development, implementing effective solutions, considering commercial aspects, and managing risks across all facets of company SHEQ.
Key responsibilities include:
- Development and execution of the SHEQ strategy.
- Maintenance of a Positive Safety Culture.
- Positioning the organization as industry leader in Health, Safety, and Environmental compliance.
What you’ll need
- To succeed in this SHEQ Manager role, you should possess the following:
- Relevant third-level safety qualifications.
- Profound knowledge of Client, PSDP & PSCS duties.
- Practical experience in implementing ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and other accreditation systems.
- Proficiency in preparing safety documentation (Safety Statements, Method Statements, Risk Assessments, etc.).
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
- Excellent IT skills.
- Ability to work to a high professional standard.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Availability to travel to various UK sites. (1 visit per month)
What’s on Offer:
Competitive salary range of £40,000 - £45,000. Inclusive of a Company Van.
