Salary: £33,000 - £40,000

Role Overview:
As part of their Compliance team, they are expanding and seek an additional SHEQ Advisor. Reporting to the Compliance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing the company's management systems across safety, quality, and environmental practices. Working alongside a multidisciplinary team in a dynamic environment, you will contribute significantly to the company's success across its diverse business areas.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in maintaining and improving the company's Management Systems
- Develop and implement business improvements to enhance Health, Safety, Quality, Production, Profitability, and Customer Satisfaction
- Provide data-driven advice to minimise safety, environmental, and quality-related issues
- Establish and cultivate business relationships while upholding standards
Requirements:
- Solid understanding of Quality, Environmental, and Health & Safety Management Systems
- Relevant professional qualifications in Safety or Environmental fields
- Proficiency in IT and administration, including common Microsoft Office packages
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build rapport and maintain effective relationships at all organisational levels
- Proficient in report writing
- Valid driving license
