Are you a Senior Health & Safety Manager looking for a new job in the Co Monaghan area? Having gone from strength to strength, this award-winning contractor is hiring and I am now seeking a Senior Health & Safety Manager looking for the next step in their career to join their SHEQ team. You will assist in the development and implementation of Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental Programmes across the business, ensuring SHEQ management systems are maintained and continually improved.
As Senior Health & Safety Manager your new job will include the following:
- Support the SHEQ Team with providing advice to the business on SHEQ requirements
- Propose initiatives for improvement within the business and assist in the coordination of business improvement projects
- Work with operational teams to identify and promote opportunities to improve business processes and produce business case reports for review and sanction by senior management
The successful Senior Health & Safety Manager’s job you will have the following skills:
- Ideally, you will have an electrical qualification, but this is not essential. If you have experience in managing large scale utility projects, they will want to talk to you.
- Knowledge of legislative requirements and best practice in Safety, Health, Environment & Quality
- Experience of meeting KPI’s on large projects along with report management
- A NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent
- Hold a valid driving license
