Quality Engineer Job – Co Armagh

The role:

• Maintain and develop process and product conformance and enhancements, whilst reducing variation to improve customer experience. A pro-active and hands-on role promoting the maintenance, development and adherence to quality systems, quality metrics, quality techniques, customer complaints and quality investigations.
• Perform internal company quality audits following the Site schedule
• Facilitate investigations within the production area to resolve quality issues, including running root cause analysis and supporting improvement projects.
• Coordinate audits, supplier and customer complaints and make sure findings are closed
• Attend daily accountability meetings and take responsibility for quality concerns raised. Escalate where appropriate.
• Drive investigations to their full conclusion with robust corrective actions and maintain customer feedback.
• Play an active role in identifying and implementing Continuous Improvement opportunities

What you will need:

• Minimum HND or HNC
• Experience in Quality Operations (Auditing, QMS, Continuous Improvement)
• Knowledge of ISO9001
• Auditor training & Qualifications
