Role Overview: As a QA/QC Manager, your primary focus will be to develop a comprehensive quality assurance plan for a Data Centre construction project in Madrid. You will work in tandem with project contractual conditions and agreed specifications to ensure the highest standards of quality.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in establishing execution methods and research measures for continuous quality improvement.
- Audit QA/QC plans of subcontractors, integrating the team into the company's quality plan.
- Oversee on-site quality controls, ensuring positive certificates and formulating non-conformity reports if necessary.
- Record and file traceability of documents and non-conformity reports, researching remedies for any issues.
- Manage and distribute QA-related documents on-site.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Relevant Third Level or Professional Qualification in a construction-related discipline.
- Experience in QA Management within Construction or Engineering.
- Auditing experience and proficiency in root cause analysis.
- Detailed knowledge of ISO 9001 management systems.
- Analytical mindset with strong communication skills, both within the team and externally.
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities.
