I'm pleased to be working with a data centre construction company that provides turnkey solutions to clients all over Europe. As an engineering-focused organisation, they have grown to become one of the best and most recognised businesses in its field. They are now working on a number of Turnkey Data Centre Projects for various organisations.
They are seeking an experienced a Mechanical QA QC Engineer to join their team. This position will be based on-site in Frankfurt.
Responsibilities
- Reviewing System Testing, seeing System Installations, finishing the System Test Pack, and delivering the Dossier
- Examining Installations for Compliance with Client Quality Plans, Standards, Specifications, Designs, Procedures, and expectations.
- Using project quality management software, create test packs for systems and equipment
- Conduct regular site quality audits
- Review benchmarks and First-of-Kind Installations
- Communicate with the site construction teams throughout the installation process.
- Participate in quality meetings with management and subcontractors and report on quality.
- System inspection and test plan implementation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or similar discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years relevant and recent experience in Mechanical Engineering, ideally in Data Centre and/or Mission-Critical infrastructure.
- Comprehensive knowledge of HVAC, plumbing and fire protection systems.
- Experience of local and international mechanical system regulations.
- Fluency in English, both written and oral.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
What’s on Offer:
£8,000 per annum night out allowance (tax-free)
Travel: 10 Day rotation (Flights and travel arranged by the company)
