Salary - £23,000 - £27,000
Are you considering furthering your career in Health & Safety? An excellent opportunity for a Health & Safety Advisor to join a leading contractor working across projects in the UK & Ireland. This Health and Safety Job will provide further training and development within a well-established safety team.
The role
- You will work alongside experienced Health & Safety professionals to gain knowledge and experience
- To conduct risk assessments, safety plans, construction phase plans and manage onsite safety
- Assist in the investigation of accidents, incidents, dangerous occurrences, near misses and other incidents if required.
- You will develop your skills in SHEQ management systems and manage ISO’s 45001, ISO 9001 & 14001
- Travel across multiple sites across the UK & Ireland
The successful Health & Safety Officer will have the following skills:
- Relevant 3rd Level Qualification, or relevant professional qualification (NEBOSH/IOSH) or working towards either of these qualifications. Previous experience working in construction would be beneficial
- Must be a driven individual looking to grow and progress in a Health & Safety position
- Candidate must hold a Valid Driving Licence
