As their Health and Safety Manager, your new job will include the following:
- Through your management and engagement, you will be charged in this position with fostering their existing health and safety culture across their business.
- Establishing and reviewing the business's H&S strategy, which includes its goals, targets, and management initiatives
- Ongoing development of their Integrated Management System for the Company (ISO 45001, ISO 14001 & ISO 9001)
- Creating and developing processes for a healthy workplace, including wellness programs for workers, offering mental health first aid assistance, general health examinations, occupational health services, etc.
The successful Health and Safety Manager will have the following skills:
- Degree in Health & Safety Management or Health & Safety qualification such as NEBOSH
- Certificate/Diploma or NVQ in occupational health and safety or equivalent
- Experience in manufacturing
- Experience in developing and implementing health and safety management systems to ISO 45001 standard
