Are you a Health, Safety & Environmental Manager looking for a new job in the Dungannon area?

Are you up for the challenge of taking their current safety management systems and driving best practices and improving their overall?

This food manufacturer based outside Dungannon is hiring and they require and Health and Safety Manager to join their team.

As their Health and Safety Manager your new job will include the following:

To advise and lead on the development and implementation of the H&S function across their three sites based around Dungannon. The Health & Safety Manager will promote a positive safety culture and strategy including Health & Safety objectives, targets and management programs to ensure the company meets all legal compliances.

Initially, this will start off been an operational role, taking their current systems and driving improvements with the support of the site operational management teams.

You will focus on key areas such as training, implementation of workable KPI’s and auditing

There are plans to build the safety team to support the successful manager

The successful Health and Safety Manager will have the following skills & qualifications:

• NEBOSH Certificate or equivalent safety qualification.
• Proven experience in developing and maintaining H&S in a manufacturing business
• Experience in change management and leading cultural change
• A “hands-on” approach
