Your New Health & Safety Advisor Job will involve:

Working as part of their SHEQ team, you will be responsible for various sites supporting their Health & Safety Manager and site colleagues in managing the risks, driving cultural change, and promoting SHEQ awareness. You will provide professional safety, occupational health, environmental and quality advice to ensure that risks are effectively identified, managed, and monitored.

Salary on offer:

• Salary Range £28,000 - £33,000
• 30 days holiday
• Pension scheme
• Company Van (Negotiable)

For this Health & Safety Advisor’s job, you must have the following:

• Professionally qualified within the Health & Safety field (NEBOSH/NCRQ, BSc or MSc in Safety);
• Proven track record as an operational Health & Safety Officer within the construction industry
• Thorough knowledge of current Health, Safety and Environmental legislation.
• Knowledge of quality standards, audit procedures and integrated management systems.
• Accident and incident investigation experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team and to positively influence others.
• IT literate.
• Full clean driving licence
