I am seeking a conscientious, detailed Health & Safety Administrator to join an established team where you will be an excellent team player and enjoy managing a variety of tasks.

You will need great attention to detail and the ability to work with minimal supervision and on your own initiative to ensure all work gets completed ahead of tight deadlines.

As Health & Safety Administrator your new job will include the following:

They are looking for a driven and motivated individual that can develop, implement, and deliver on their quality, safety, and operational expectations. Ideally, you will possess a NEBOSH or similar qualification and can demonstrate experience of administration and compliance standards in several key organisational areas. They are looking for a highly knowledgeable and ambitious individual who will ensure that the company is achieving its goals and standards in the areas of Quality Management, Environmental Management, Health & Safety, and industry standards. Candidates will need to be analytical, organised with excellent IT and communication skills.

The successful Health & Safety Administrator you will have the following skills:

• Be a Health and Safety Graduate or have relevant experience as an Administrator in this area
• Be willing to develop in the role
• Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Can work under pressure and meet company KPIs
• Control and manage compliance data and produce required reports
• ISO admin & auditing
• Reporting
• Have good IT skills
• Can prioritise
• Good understanding of ISO 9001/14001/22301/27001 – OHSAS 18001 (ISO 45001)
• Full UK Driving licence and willing to travel to sites as required
