I am currently recruiting for a Health and Safety Administrator to help manage a thorough document and compliance control system for a 1300 people manufacturing business based in Dungannon.

As Health & Safety Administrator your new job will include the following:
- Help manage the information distribution involved in safety management using the document control system.
- Ability to communicate to the site teams the abilities of the safety management system and assist in the training, technical and procedural support for all users.
- Create and maintain an accurate, efficient and user-friendly filing system ensuring that reports and documents are easily found.
- General administration (to a high standard), including typing, distribution, copying and filing general correspondence. Documents can range from general correspondence to key project related information.
- Promote the company values and maintain company brand and procedures in line with the Safety Management System and Brand Guidelines.
The successful Health & Safety Administrator will have the following skills:
- Experience in a similar role either in health and safety or training administrative role.
- Excellent computer skills are critical to this role the candidate must have significant experience with MS Office applications such as Word, Excel and Power-Point and Outlook
- Ideally, you will hold or working towards a Health and Safety qualification, but this is not essential
- Experience producing reports
- Computer literate with sound experience using MS Office suite
- Able to work to a high degree of accuracy and with good attention to detail
