This leading player in the Agri-Food sector is hiring and they require a Group Health and Safety Officer to join their team.

As their Health and Safety Officer your new job will include the following:

Reporting to the Group Health and Safety Manager. As their Group Health and Safety Officer, you will be responsible for providing Health and Safety guidance, implementing initiatives and procedures, reporting, delivering training and related administrative tasks across their eight sites in the North Leinster region.

You will routinely travel to their sites to conduct Health and Safety visits and audits, promote a positive safety culture and assist with the development and maintenance of the Groups Health and Safety Management systems.

The successful Health and Safety Officer will have the following skills:

• NEBOSH or equivalent safety qualification
• Proven understanding of Health and Safety legislation
• Fully competent in using industry-standard IT systems and software
• Full driving license and access to a vehicle
