Your New Environmental Health & Safety Officer Job will involve:

You will be given the unique opportunity to manage safety on one of their sites, providing your input and helping to develop ideas, methodologies and processes in safety and environmental management.

You will primarily be responsible for ensuring that all safety legislation is adhered to and policies and practices are adopted.

You will plan, implement, monitor and review the protective and preventative measures that the Company is required to follow and work to, in order to minimize operational losses, occupational health problems, accidents and injuries.

For this Environmental Health & Safety Officer’s job, you must have the following:

• NEBOSH, IOSH, NCRQ or Degree Qualified in Health and Safety and/or Environmental
• Strong attention to detail; good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise with changing situations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Must be able to demonstrate a proactive and solution-focused approach
• Full UK driving licence
