Michael Smith Recruitment is exclusively partnering with Re-Gen Robotics as they seek to appoint an HSE Advisor to join their growing team.
Job Purpose?
The HSE Advisor will be responsible for the provision of timely advice and guidance on all matters about Health, Safety and the Environment concerning Legislation, Company Policy and Management System and Client requirements, thereby ensuring business risks are prevented and mitigated.
The successful EHS Advisor you will have the following skills:
- NCRQ or NEBOSH qualified or equivalent degree
- Experience with ISO audits 14001 & 45001
- Have experience in Health, Safety and Environmental management in the workplace and the associated legislation and requirements.
- At least two years Oil and Gas or construction industry
- Construction site experience.
- Excellent English spoken and written communication
- Good presentation skills
- Competent MS Office Suite user
- Accident and Incident investigation
- Root Cause Analysis techniques
- Knowledge of HSE legislation
- Managing people and performance
- Works well independently and on a team
- Support and develop staff
